It was great finding this now. After my last visit to the ophthalmologist a couple weeks ago, I had some unsettling news. I’ll be putting this information to good use. Thanks for sharing.

Hi, Christa. I changed the color and font for proofreading my own manuscript on my Kindle Fire. I think it made a difference, and is easier on the eyes. Lot’s of benefits in the Reblogged post. When I worked with kids, some read better with a colored overlay over the book, so there is something to this. I’m happy your stopped by.

Thanks for sharing this, Mary J. I shall put the advice to use straight away as I was wondering why I’d started getting more headaches. I’ll share this to my FB page too.

This is very good advice, Siobhan. I’m glad I came across it on Cate’s Blog, and I had to reblog. Thanks for sharing, too. Good to get this word out. Last night I changed the background color on my Kindle while reading one of my documents. Made a big difference.

Great advice Mary J. Having suffered from migraines for years I know that sitting at the screen can bring them on. Anything that makes it more comfortable to sit here without the chance of a migraine has to be good.

It’s amazing how much difference a small change can make, like a cream colored background rather than stark white. Then of course… i expand my stuff to 200% LOL.

LOL, Teagan about the 200%. I enlarge all my font. A good thing about my touch screen, too. I can zoom in and out. Thank you for visiting.
