Hello… Anybody there? Waving. Oh, wait. I’m the one who hasn’t been here.
They Say Deep Breathing Relieves Stress… Hope so.
Whew, I’ve neglected not only my blog, but all of yours too, so I could finish too many projects plus one unexpected project that will be the death of me before it’s all over. I seriously hope I’m kidding about that last sentence.
Outside of the two upcoming books I’m planning on publishing in October, it seems somewhere along the line, the wrong document for a published book had been formatted and uploaded and has been sitting there for what feels like eternity to me. That document took a full revision and edit to repair it. Like I needed this! ARGH.
Once discovered, I pulled it from publication. I came close to pulling the whole series, and I still might. It’s been so, so stressful. Regardless, in the meantime, I’m going to put it back up as soon as I am certain I have Kindle Create sorted out for formatting Kindle books. It can’t be as easy as it seems, but I’ve played around with a sample document, and it is easy.
On top of all this, we came close to losing my only living brother due to an infection he’d picked up a couple weeks after surgery to put another stent in his leg. He had to have another surgery to clean out the infection.
Summer is nearly over. Can you believe it? I’ll soon be ready to talk about my upcoming books. In fact, they are ready. Before doing cover reveals, I would like to have pre-orders in place.
I need to catch my breath first because I don’t even know what I have to do next. Breathe deeply, I guess.
As the song goes by Chris Cagleβ¦ “I Breathe In, I Breathe Out.” I’ve been doing a lot of this deep breathing stuff lately.
Book one in my upcoming brand-new series is a second chance romance. This is the book in the collaboration with the other authors. This month, a Facebook Launch Party with “whole group and individual” giveaways will be held for our books that will be released from October thru January. Details about this project and the party will follow within a week or two.
Since I’ve only done one or two Facebook parties, I could use some advice on conducting my own giveaway during the party though I’m not certain of doing one yet. This will have to be for a book already published since the other won’t be out other than in pre-order–>fingers crossed.
I even missed Wordless Wednesday today!
See y’all when I see ya.
Okay. Off to more deep breathing.

Hi, Peggy. Wow, thanks! I’m glad I’m not the only one who loves my cowboys. β€ Your prayers for my brother are appreciated. He went back in not long after I wrote this post, but he's back home now. Different problem this time. I’m deep breathing.
