Gorgeous 1880s safe. I couldn’t resist taking photos when I saw this. For privacy, I covered the name of the owner in the bottom slot.

It now has a glass top and coasters sitting atop it for protection.

  That’s cool, is it being used as a side table now? Reminds me of those heaters that look like old wood stoves. I wouldn’t have realized it’s real 🙂

  That is a pretty safe, Mary. Usually they’re ugly utilitarian things. Funny that a glass top is “protecting” the safe.
